I’m a tea fanatic. Especially during the winter months. Over the past few months I have been drinking Traditional Medicinals teas. These teas are made with 100 percent certified organic ingredients. Best of all they have the most amazing flavor.
One of my favorite flavors is Hibiscus. It’s tart and tangy with a mild fruit flavor. Traditional Medicinals has an array of seasonal teas that help promote natural wellness. I don’t know about you, but I cringe at the thought of consuming medicine after medicine to ward of colds. Throat coat contains Echinacea, peppermint and licorice root to help ease your cold symptoms*.
Ava and I have a nightly ritual about an hour before she goes to bed we get cozy on the couch with our matching must of peppermint tea and snuggle sharing our adventures of the day. It’s these moments I will cherish all my life. I’m thankful to be able to be pass on my love for teas to her. These moments keep our life in balance, for sure.
I would love to pass on some of these to you too! If you would like to receive your own too loot please enter
