I’ve been trying to spring clean my diet and all I can think about are these scrumptious S’mores Doughnuts! They are a bit mind blowing.

Throw Back Thursday: Mini S’mores Doughnuts

These fun bite-sized doughnuts are sure to please your family.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ C flour
- ¼ C cocoa powder
- ¾ C sugar
- 2 t baking powder
- ¾ t salt
- ¾ C buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 3 T oil
- 1 t vanilla
- ½ jar marshmallow fluff
- ¾ C graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350*. Spray donut pan with non-stick spray.
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- In a small bowl combine milk, eggs, oil and vanilla.
- Slowly pour wet mixture into the dry mixture.
- Do not over mix you do not want rubbery donuts.
- Fill the donut cups ½ way full.
- Bake for 5-8 minutes. Let cool and remove from pan.
- Spread marshmallow fluff on donuts.
- Press the fluff side of the donut down in the graham cracker crumbs.

Oh my dear goodness, those look SO delicious. I’ve been on a major donut frenzy and my little gourmet shop does not have S’mores! Yum, yum!!!
