Throw Back Thursday: Mini S’mores Doughnuts

I’ve been trying to spring clean my diet and all I can think about are these scrumptious S’mores Doughnuts!  They are a bit mind blowing.

Throw Back Thursday: Mini S’mores Doughnuts

These fun bite-sized doughnuts are sure to please your family.

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ C flour
  • ¼ C cocoa powder
  • ¾ C sugar
  • 2 t baking powder
  • ¾ t salt
  • ¾ C buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 T oil
  • 1 t vanilla
  • ½ jar marshmallow fluff
  • ¾ C graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 350*. Spray donut pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  3. In a small bowl combine milk, eggs, oil and vanilla.
  4. Slowly pour wet mixture into the dry mixture.
  5. Do not over mix you do not want rubbery donuts.
  6. Fill the donut cups ½ way full.
  7. Bake for 5-8 minutes. Let cool and remove from pan.
  8. Spread marshmallow fluff on donuts.
  9. Press the fluff side of the donut down in the graham cracker crumbs.

    Oh my dear goodness, those look SO delicious. I’ve been on a major donut frenzy and my little gourmet shop does not have S’mores! Yum, yum!!!
