I seriously don’t think I’ve ever had a cocktail quite as refreshing as this one. It is so light and delicate.
Gin and Tonic has always been one of my favorites. It’s an airy cocktail with a good kick in the after-taste. This sweet version adds a wonderful minty sweetness. I took it to the next level by adding a ton of citrus to this.
I had so much citrus in my kitchen and I couldn’t think of a better way to use it up than by adding it to this cocktail. I made a big pitcher of this and it served about 4.
This sweetened citrus gin and tonic is the perfect way to say good-bye to those pesky winter blues. Brighten your winter days with this vibrant and refreshing cocktail
