Spring Menu

Below are some of my favorite dishes for Spring.  You can serve most of them at your Easter Brunch!  I hope you get to enjoy some of these bright recipes this Spring.

Lemon Sweet Roll Twists – these take a bit of time to make but are so worth it!  Their lemon goodness is amazing!

Strawberry Margaritas –  Need I say more?  Not only gorgeous but so refreshing! Perfect for Spring Brunch!

Asparagus Leek Quiche – This quiche deserve a spot on your spring menu.  So pretty and classic spring flavors.

Almond Crusted Baked Ham – These flavors sound incredible together.  She also makes baking a ham less scary!

Spring Kimichi Fried Rice– Not your classic Spring recipe but this appeals to me on so many levels! Yum!!

Roasted Potatoes– classic.

Bacon Cheddar Scones– Do it! Everyone will love ya!

White Wine Roasted Carrots – I love a good roasted carrot.  They become a stunning bright orange when roasted making your table even more gorgeous.

Balsamic Roasted Green Beans – No spring menu is complete without them.

Easter Shortbread Sandwich Cookies – These little cookies are the sweetest! I bet they taste amazing too!

Easter Fruit Salad – I can’t get enough!

Vanilla Pound Cake with Lemon Curd – I’ve been dying to make this for awhile!

Olive Oil Cup Cakes – Oh my word! If these don’t scream spring I don’t know what does!
