Winter Acai Bowl - Petit Foodie
- 1 packet acai, frozen
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup cranberry juice, (or orange juice)
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks, frozen or fresh
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 banana, sliced thin
- 1/2 blood orange segments
- 2 tablespoons blueberries
- In a blender blend acai, frozen banana, almond milk and cranberry juice until completely smooth and thick.
- Pour into bowl and top with desired toppings.
