Quick & Easy Salsa

This salsa recipe is stupidly easy to make – I’m not even sure I can call this a recipe.  It comes together in minutes and tastes delicious.

I’ve spent the winter trying every single jar of salsa my grocery store sells.  I have yet to find a store bought salsa that I can stand.  I finally got tired of wasting money and gave up.  I decide to throw some of my pantry ingredients together on a chilly winter today.  I was so pleasantly surprised to find I created a salsa I loved.

I’ve made a double batch of this every Sunday for the past several weeks.  My family and I are addicted to it.  It’s easy, simple ingredients, and so inexpensive.

This recipe is perfect for when unexpected guests arrive and you need a quick appetizer.  It is also perfect to pack in your kiddos lunch or have for after school snack.

I prefer this salsa after it has been in the fridge overnight.  The flavors really brighten overnight and give it an authentic Mexican salsa flavor.
