Pineapple Cilantro Smoothie

After a weekend packed full of cheese, wine and chocolate I was more than ready for few light meals.  I love smoothies because they are loaded with nutrients and don’t leave you feeling overly full.

This smoothie is sweet, creamy and unique.  The cilantro adds a refreshing, distinct flavor that really sets it apart from others.  There is no need to add any extra sweetener due to the pineapple being so naturally sweet.

Ava and her cousin loved this smoothie, much to my surprise.  I’m sure it helped that I didn’t mention the use of cilantro.

The next time you need a light, go-to meal give this delightful smoothie a try.
