Mini Baked S’mores Donuts

The other day I had a little mis-hap in the kitchen.  I was attempting to make s ‘more brownies.  I sort of almost set my kitchen on fire!!  I was broiling the marshmallow fluff on the top and turned my back from it for just a few minutes…….I pulled out a dish of flames.  It was scary and I swore never to use my oven again.

Then my mini donut pan came in the mail! :) Back to baking it was.

Chocolate S’ mores Donuts

{ingredients}

1 ½ C flour

¼ C cocoa powder

¾ C sugar

2 t baking powder

¾ t salt

¾ C buttermilk

1 egg

3 T oil

1 t vanilla

½ jar marshmallow fluff

¾ C graham cracker crumbs

{directions}

Preheat oven 350*. Spray donut pan with non-stick spray.

Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and salt.

In a small bowl combine milk, eggs, oil and vanilla.

Slowly pour wet mixture into the dry mixture.

Do not over mix you do not want rubbery donuts.

Fill the donut cups ½ way full.

Bake for 5-8 minutes. Let cool and remove from pan.

Spread marshmallow fluff on donuts.

Press the fluff side of the donut down in the graham cracker crumbs.

mmmmmmm…..perfect .  Nothing says summer like s ‘mores.

    Those look so pretty! I totally want one of those pans! Haha…I’m always afraid when I put things under the broiler that they’re going to set on fire ;) http://www.itzyskitchen.com

    Oh, wow. These look good. I am going to have to get a donut pan. I would never have though to do a s’mores version!
