We have had temperatures in the near 80’s this week. Our trees and flowers have started to blossom. While I’m thankful for the warm sunshine, it breaks my heart that most of our spring flowers will die with the cold temps coming in the next week.
But the warm air definitely cleared out the winter blues and brought on some spring baking inspiration. With it came these delicious lemon white chocolate blondies. You could surely replace the gluten free flour with white all purpose flour if you are not gluten sensitive.
