This gluten free flatbread is the best way I think of to end summer. With Labor Day nearing, this amazing flatbread will be a hit at your grill out.
The toppings are endless or you could simple cut the flatbread it wedges and serve with hummus or seasoned olive oil. My absolute favorite way to eat these are to top with mozzarella, fresh Heirloom tomato slices and fresh basil. It is truly summer in every bite.
Grilled bread has always been one of my favorite summer treats. After going gluten free I truly missed it. These flatbreads have filled the void quite perfectly. They are crispy and have a wonderful flavor.
I love the way the juicy heirloom tomatoes coat the grilled bread making a sauce, of sorts. Then topping the gooey mozzarella and fresh basil makes for the perfect bite!
