With Easter coming in a few weeks I thought I would share one of my traditional favorites. I love and look forward to this easy fruit salad every year. Easy, creamy and perfectly sweetened.
This fruit salad is very similar to Ambrosia Salad. I’ve made a few modifications though to suit my liking. I don’t add any sour cream, because bleh! I also omit the marshmallows, much to Ava’s dismay.
Some years I use pistachios instead of almonds, which I prefer. But you can use whatever nut you like or omit completely. This salad comes together in seconds and can be placed in the fridge until ready to serve. This is the perfect recipe if you are going to someone else’s home for Easter.
