3-Day Detox Meal Plan

The New Year will be here in just a few days.  I have created a great little meal plan to help us get back on track after an indulgent month of sweet, rich, high-calorie foods.

With this meal plan, I suggest cutting out processed sugar and foods, as well as, caffeine .  For the overnight oats I now use gluten-free oats and for the couscous I replace with quinoa to make gluten-free.

If you start to get snack or need a pick me up, grab for whole foods like carrots, apples, oranges or kale chips.  Alot of times I have a hard time coming off sugar after the holiday.  I try to keep lots of caffeine-free tea and fruits around to help those withdrawals.

Day 1

Breakfast  >  Cran Orange Smoothie

Lunch > Kale Brussels Sprout Salad

Dinner > Detox Stuffed Peppers

Lots of water!

Day 2

Breakfast > Overnight Oats

Lunch > Left over Detox Stuffed Peppers

Snack > Chia Seed Pudding

Dinner > Winter Detox Soup

As much water as you can stand!!

Day 3

Breakfast > Cherry Chia Smoothie

Lunch > Cranberry Kale Salad

Dinner > Veggie Couscous

Dessert > Left over Chia Seed Pudding
